Following the outstanding feedback received at our last CQC Roadshow, we’re excited to announce our next event will be taking place in Derby on the 16 September 2015! This exclusive free half-day event brings you the latest guidance around the new style CQC inspections. With 100% of our delegates recommending our last event, places are likely to book up fast, so please avoid disappointment and register today!
At the event our team of experts will discuss how to prepare for the CQC’s visit, what the visit will involve and how the guidance can be used. You will also have the opportunity to hear from a Practice Manager who has experienced the new style inspection and put your questions to a panel of experts.
On 1 October 2014, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) began using its new approach to inspect and regulate adult social care services. The new style CQC inspections aim to assess whether a practice meets the “Five Key Questions” about their services – namely, are they Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led? This model is underpinned by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, which include the fundamental standards introduced in April 2015.
