Correspondence Management is a key element of NHS England's General Practice Forward View, and involves putting in place a system where correspondence about patients from hospitals is processed by members of the clerical team.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide delegates with a clear understanding of the operational value and importance of Correspondence Management, as well as how to sustain and improve this approach.
This can help save time for GPs, drive efficiencies in the practice, increase job satisfaction and deliver a faster, more effective service to patients.
This course is suitable for all receptionists and clerical staff who engage with patients. A session tailored to GPs is also available.
This programme consists of four levels, incorporating both half-day and full-day sessions.
