Workshop Objective

By the end of the workshop, delegates will have an understanding of the five key elements of Emotional Intelligence as well as the key principles of Personal Resilience.

The course promotes a practical understanding of how, if adopted in the workplace, these approaches could make a real positive difference. Each delegate will leave the session having drafted a personal action plan.
