Workshop Objective

When things go wrong in the employment process, managers need to be able to move quickly and decisively to take the right actions to resolve situations. This course will ensure that you make those right decisions. The aim is to avoid the need to use your grievance, capability or disciplinary policy - by  creating the right working conditions. This course will help build confidence for when things do go wrong working within the legal  framework and your own policies.

This one day workshop will provide delegates with the skills and understanding required to effectively implement and manage their grievance and disciplinary processes. Delegates will learn the practical steps they should take in resolving situations whilst minimizing damage to the employment relationship.
