Workshop Objective

This one day workshop has been specifically designed for managers in primary care to help them establish and maintain high standards of performance in the team. Every team member must contribute to the overall effective running of the practice and to the team. Managers will learn how to create systems and processes to create this and how to engage and motivate the team to perform well.

This interactive workshop for managers and supervisors will provide them with the skills and knowledge required to set and maintain high standards of performance and to motivate the team to continually improve their performance. Giving feedback on both good and poor performance and the creation and use of a capability procedure will also be covered.
