Workshop Objective

An invaluable course for supervisors and the team to help everyone recognise the benefits of Team Working and their own responsibilities in making it work. Delegates learn about how teams are  formed and the positive behaviours that keep it working. Practical exercises are used throughout  to demonstrate the process.

The aim of this one day workshop is to develop individual staff members into an effective team that can support each other in achieving its objectives in the primary care work setting. The workshop will focus on both individual and team behaviour and the criteria that will contribute towards effective teamworking. The workshop will include group discussions, tutor led sessions and team based activities.
