Workshops Objective

For any organisation, be that a single Practice or a scaled-up collaborative version such as a Primary Care Network (PCN) people will be their most costly asset.  The challenge is always to ensure any such expense is more an investment than a cost and that people are enabled to realise their potential and fully contribute to the organisation’s on-going success.

This is a pick ’n mix offering of themed workshop modules, focusing on the people dimension, that will enable delegates to choose single or multiple modules that best match their identified operational needs.

Each module is delivered by an experienced practitioner, for around 15 delegates and is  highly participative and will include opportunities for peer-to-peer learning , reflection as well as the development of a practical personal action plan.
