Workshop Objective

The purpose of this workshop is to give delegates greater understanding of  and confidence for the practical challenges they face when constructing potentially successful bids.  The session aims to map out a clear process for delegates  to subsequently follow and to reinforce the importance of key elements, of this, such as;

  • Having a shared vision
  • Prior consideration of answers to likely questions
  • Understanding current and needed workforce capacity

This will be interactive session with opportunities for reflection and peer-to-peer learning, as well as the development of a personal action plan.
