It's nearly that time of year again when we get into the festive spirit and celebrate Christmas. But it's not everyone's favourite time of the year - in fact for some it can be the most difficult, for a variety of reasons.
Perhaps you've suffered a painful loss, or you associate Christmas with difficult memories. Maybe you just don't like the pressure to be jolly all the time, or you feel no affinity with the religious or cultural aspects of the festive season.
If you're wondering how best to get through Christmas with your mental health intact, both at work and at home then this is the webinar for you.
Thornfield's new webinar will be held on Wednesday 11th December 12.30-1.00, and is presented by our Associate Stayce Gibson. There'll be time for questions and answers and for sharing experiences and best practices, if you feel able. We look forward to seeing you there!

About Your Presenter:
Stayce has a passion for helping others to stay aware of the small factors in life we often breeze past. Her training sessions stimulate attendees to take some time out, become very conscious and breathe, while making decisions that are best for our personal lives.
Stayce currently works inside a General Medical Practice, running the daily shift as Shift Lead. She also works on the Rota team helping to organise the functionality of the practice. She has worked in Mental Health, Supported living Accommodation, Addiction and Youth Support for over 10 years while training to be a Person-Centred Therapist. She is open, caring and loves to serve people, acting fast to stand up for anything unjust, or anyone mistreated.
Look out too for our first webinar of 2025, also presented by Stayce, around Blue Monday and strategies for coping in the new year.
