The aim of this workshop is to enable practitioners to develop and demonstrate competence in the procedure of venepuncture relevant to your clinical area.

Aspiring phlebotomists will learn how to carry out proper infection control measures, and receive instruction on how to prepare the blood collection site, choose the proper collection tools and correct handling of transportation, processing and management of collected samples.
