Delivered by practice management and compliance expert Tracy Green, this practical session will help GP providers learn how to adapt within the new framework, discuss with each other some of the CQC’s early findings, and work out what that means for practices going forward.
About Your Presenter
With over 16 years working in primary care management, Tracy has supported numerous practices with CQC compliance as well as leading and restructuring teams in a variety of primary care settings. Tracy has worked as a federation manager for a large group of practices and since 2014 has been a CQC practice manager specialist advisor. Tracy recently led a PCN through a CQC transformation from Inadequate to a Good rating over a 9-month period.
Tracy is a certified coach and Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner, and has worked nationally at a strategic and operational level with PCNs and GP practices, ICBs and delivers the General Practice Improvement Programme through one of NHS England’s delivery partners. Tracy is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, the Recruitment Employment Federation, the Institute of Leadership (FInstLM), a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), plus a member of EMCC and the Association of Professional Coaches.
