Our Delegates Said...

‘As I progress into a more operational/ managerial role, I feel a lot more confident about this, and feel as though I have the knowledge I require to be able to carry out the role with confidence.’
‘My objective was to boost my confidence in managing the team and that has definitely been met. I have already started to put my newly learnt skills to work.’
‘An absolutely incredible trainer and a fantastic ambassador for Thornfields. She really took the time to explain each topic and ascertain if the group understood what was needed to complete assessments. It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of this group as the trainer did really well at ensuring everyone had an opportunity to discuss their thoughts on each subject, but also encouraging those that probably wouldn’t usually interact in these types of groups.’
