Workshop Objective

By the end of this half-day workshop, attendees will have a clear understanding of what has changed, in terms of the contract arrangements and revenue streams available to their Practices.

Attendees will also gain increased awareness of a number of tools that will aid them in controlling, monitoring and forecasting practice finances, with a view to ensuring cash flow is managed, appropriate opportunities are exploited and potential profitability is optimised.

There will also be opportunities for peer-to-peer learning, reflection and developing a personal action plan.
