Workshop Objective

Whether you are a new Practice Manager or the next step on your Career path is to be a Practice Manager – it is important that you become operationally effective as soon as possible.

Even if you are an existing Practice Manager you may find the opportunity to review your current skills and  knowledge and plug any gaps invaluable .

All this whilst at the same time networking with other Practice Managers.

This workshop will;

  • fastrack delegates’ orientation into the role of Practice Manager,
  • enable existing Practice Managers to benchmark themselves against suggested best Practice and
  • give prospective Practice Managers the opportunity to identify skills and/or experience gaps that they then may need to address

There are also be opportunities for peer-to- peer learning , self-reflection and the development of a personal action plan.

This workshop can be delivered virtually for practice managers/practice management teams. The price for this service is £2,190 + VAT (maximum 8 people)

For individuals wishing to join a virtual group session, the price is £349 + VAT for FPM Members and £449 + VAT for non-members.
