  • Understand the evolution of CQC inspections and the implications of the 2025 Single Assessment Framework (SAF).
  • Identify and interpret the Quality Statements and six evidence categories used in inspections.
  • Assess their current readiness using SAF-aligned checklists and tools.
  • Develop an action plan to improve inspection preparedness and embed continuous improvement.
  • Prepare staff and documentation for responsive inspections, including interviews and evidence presentation
