Workshop Objective

The aim of this workshop is to enable delegates to have greater awareness of the importance of self care and wellbeing.

Delegates will gain a practical understanding of the importance of managing pressure and stress as a key self care component in managing their wellbeing.  

There is time for reflection and peer-to-peer learning, enabling delegates to identify opportunities where they may be able to apply the learnings from the workshop to improve their work-life balance.
