Workshop Objective
This recently refreshed workshop empowers all primary care staff to address concerns, ensuring safe, transparent and supportive service provision and work environment.
In recent months, this area has been increasingly under the spotlight, so there has never been better time to invest in training for your organisation when it comes to Freedom To Speak Up Guardians (FTSUG).
The CQC assesses how practices foster a culture encouraging staff to safely and confidently raise concerns or suggestions. This training not only means staff have that understanding but can evidence that, for any subsequent CQC inspections.
Our workshop ensures a shared practical understanding of a best practice approach that is supported by NHSE and all ICS’s.
This half-day workshop equates with one Continuous Professional Development (CPD) credit.
