Workshop Objective

These qualifications are vocational and are ideal for individuals who have just joined a new organisation or team or for more experienced team members who would like to gain a qualification. The team is the key asset in any organisation and as such should be encouraged to fulfil their potential. In the long run the organisation, as well as the team member will reap the rewards. Having the right skills and knowledge is necessary for the challenge ahead in the NHS.

As a training provider we recognise that some learners have not had experience of assignment writing and may need extra support. Our accredited Trainers will facilitate learning and guide the learner to gain this nationally recognised qualification.

This award looks at team roles, what makes a team work well, how to build relationships and deal with conflict in a team. The learner also identifies their own strengths and weaknesses to help them perform better in their roles and have greater job satisfaction.

This two day, nationally accredited programme is delivered virtually.

For group bookings the minimum number of delegates is 12 and the maximum is 15.

This includes all electronic materials and trainer costs as well as registration with the accrediting body - The Institute of Leadership and Management (Level 2 Award).
